You Must Be 18 or Older

7xm is strictly for adults. You must be at least 18 years old to register and play. We verify age during registration and reserve the right to request additional documentation at any time.

One Account Per Person

Each player is allowed one 7xm account. Duplicate accounts will be closed and any balances may be forfeited. If you've lost access to your account, contact support — don't create a new one.

01 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using the 7xm platform in any way, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions in full. These terms form a legally binding agreement between you and 7xm. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the 7xm platform.

02 Eligibility

To register and play at 7xm, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the platform:

  • You must be at least 18 years of age.
  • You must be accessing 7xm from a jurisdiction where online gaming is not prohibited by local law.
  • You must not be a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of a 7xm employee.
  • You must not have been previously excluded or banned from the 7xm platform.
  • You must be acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.

7xm reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. If you cannot provide satisfactory documentation, your account may be suspended until verification is complete. Any winnings generated during an unverified period may be withheld pending verification.

Age Restriction: 7xm takes underage gambling extremely seriously. If we have reason to believe a player is under 18, the account will be suspended immediately and all funds will be held pending investigation. We cooperate fully with any regulatory inquiry related to underage access.

03 Account Registration

Each individual may hold only one 7xm account. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same device, the same IP address, or the same payment method — is strictly prohibited. If duplicate accounts are detected, 7xm reserves the right to close all associated accounts and forfeit any balances held within them.

When registering, you must provide accurate and complete information. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and any other information requested during the registration process. Providing false information is a breach of these terms and may result in account closure.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Do not share your password with anyone. 7xm will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other channel. If you believe your account has been compromised, contact our support team immediately and change your password.

04 Deposits and Payments

7xm supports a range of local payment methods commonly used in Bangladesh. All deposits are processed in the currency displayed at the time of transaction. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed on the deposit page within your account.

Deposits at 7xm are processed instantly in most cases. If a deposit does not appear in your account within 30 minutes, contact our support team with your transaction reference number. Do not attempt a second deposit before confirming the status of the first.

  • All funds deposited must come from a payment method registered in your own name.
  • Third-party deposits are not permitted under any circumstances.
  • 7xm does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.
  • Deposits made in error cannot always be reversed — contact support as quickly as possible if you deposit the wrong amount.

Note on Currency: All transactions on 7xm are processed in the currency shown on the platform. Exchange rates, where applicable, are set by your payment provider and are outside 7xm's control.

05 Withdrawals

Withdrawals at 7xm are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, wherever possible. This is a standard anti-money-laundering requirement and applies to all players regardless of account status.

Before your first withdrawal is processed, you must complete the 7xm identity verification process. This involves submitting a copy of a valid government-issued ID and proof of your payment method. Verification is typically completed within 24 hours of document submission.

  • Minimum withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed on the withdrawal page.
  • Withdrawal requests are reviewed and processed within a few hours of submission during business hours.
  • 7xm reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal.
  • Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until all associated wagering requirements have been met.

06 Bonuses and Promotions

General bonus rules that apply across all 7xm promotions unless otherwise stated:

  • Bonuses must be claimed within the validity period stated on the promotion page.
  • Wagering requirements must be completed before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn.
  • Only one bonus may be active at a time unless the promotion explicitly states otherwise.

  • Any attempt to abuse the bonus system — including creating multiple accounts to claim the same offer — will result in account closure and forfeiture of all balances.

Wagering Requirements: Wagering requirements represent the number of times you must wager the bonus amount before it becomes withdrawable. For example, a 20× wagering requirement on a 500 BDT bonus means you must place 10,000 BDT in total bets before withdrawing. Always check the specific requirement on each promotion page.

07 Gameplay Rules

All games available on the 7xm platform operate according to their individual game rules, which are accessible within each game. In the event of a discrepancy between a game's displayed rules and these Terms and Conditions, the game rules take precedence for gameplay-specific matters.

7xm uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems for all applicable games. These systems are independently tested and certified to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages are published for all games in the 7xm library.

  • Game outcomes are final once confirmed by the platform server. Client-side display errors do not affect the official result.
  • In the event of a game malfunction, all bets placed during the malfunction period will be voided and stakes returned.

08 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the 7xm platform. Engaging in any of these activities will result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of all balances. 7xm reserves the right to report prohibited conduct to relevant authorities where required by law.

  • Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or verification.
  • Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other tool to gain an unfair advantage.
  • Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes.
  • Exploiting software bugs or errors for financial gain without reporting them to 7xm.
  • Attempting to launder money or use 7xm for any illegal financial activity.
  • Initiating fraudulent chargebacks or payment disputes.
  • Abusing the bonus system in any way, including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim welcome offers.
  • Harassing, threatening, or abusing 7xm staff or other players.

Zero Tolerance: 7xm operates a zero-tolerance policy toward fraud, cheating, and abuse. Accounts found in violation of these rules will be closed without warning and all associated funds will be forfeited. Legal action may be pursued where appropriate.

09 Responsible Gaming

7xm is committed to promoting responsible gaming across its entire player base. 7xm reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its discretion, including but not limited to cases where:

  • A player has breached these Terms and Conditions.
  • Fraudulent or suspicious activity has been detected.
  • A player has failed to complete identity verification within a reasonable timeframe.
  • Regulatory or legal requirements necessitate account closure.

In cases of account closure due to a breach of terms, 7xm reserves the right to withhold any remaining balance pending investigation. If the investigation confirms a breach, the balance may be forfeited in full.

13 Changes to Terms

7xm reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. When changes are made, the updated terms will be published on this page with a revised "last updated" date. For significant changes, registered players will be notified via email or in-platform notification.
